My best friend is sooo much better, and prettier than me and i want to change but how?

ok im not going to sound jelous and all that but i have to admit im kinda jelous and i hate myself so much for that :( anyways my best friend is so pretty and all the boys like her and everyone at school wants to be her friend and she has a lotttt of friends and it hurts me to see that im not her type u know?? so how can i change in the summer so i will be pretty? im really ugly now i have acne and im ugly plz help me?
