How do I find Vth and Zth of circuit?

I have a circuit that has a 2 milla henri inductor on the left with a 6 ohm resistor above it in the middle left there is a 10v dc power supply with a 4 ohm resistor above it middle right of circuit there is RL which equals ??? with a 8 ohm resistor above it then last but not least there is a 12 ohm resistor top right followed by 3 uf capacitor on the right side. I need dumb ed down step by step instructions for how to sole this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
