Would this be legal if it happened in RL?

A show I am watching the star has decided to keep a Pizza delivery boy in their conference room till the boy gives them a discount on pizza which they do not get but the star believes they deserve to get. Is classed as Kidnapping or is it legal? This would be happening in Pennsylvania, US
