Is it true that WWE had a wrestler who...?

...could vomit at own will?? Thats kinda gross, but makes me a bit curious. How can that �talent� be any help in a match?? I�d kill his a ss if he tries something (and disqualify him) But I dunno... If he was real, Was he even a good wrestler?? And was his ability rl or only kayfabe.
