Help me pick a car? Please!!?

As a teenager who is just starting to drive, I would seriously recommend a cheap older car because studies have shown that most new drivers end up wrecking their first car. I am 16 now, and I had a 1995 Volvo. It was basically what most would consider a "grandma" car. I truthfully believed that I would not be one of those who wrecked their first car, but I ended up hydroplaning while entering the freeway only 29 days after getting the car. I'm not saying that all drivers crash their first car because they are bad drivers, but are usually inexperienced. I would find a nice old safe car for your first car. My Volvo held up extremely well in my accident, and is a very safe car.
