Where can I get a small Spy Camera?

have you ever heard about Cooper the Cat Photographer? He has a camera attached to his collar and it takes pictures when he's out and about. I've been inspired by some of the images and I want to try something similar. So my question is Where can I get a small camera that I can attach to myself easily and won't cost me the world?
