Problem With 1998 3.5 rl Acura?

I bought a 1998 Acura 3.5 rl has no key i went to the Honda dealer I was told that i had to buy a set of keys unscheduled contoller and a lock that controls the codes of the keys, the Price is $309, plus a hour of labor time to schedule and to cut the keys, red, gray and black. My question is there some kind of form that starts the engine by another key. I called the lock smith he came to try to start the car with a key that he made according to the cars model but it didn't grab the code, The lock smith reviewed his book and said ''this type of car is a class 1 it doesn't get the code until you replace the lock module'' And I told him it was the same thing the dealer told me that I had to buy a red key, a black key and gray key and the lock module control.Is there someone with the same problem that could help me? How did you resolve it?
