Does appearances in Second Life affect the way that you see yourself in RL?

Not at all, but I do think how you view yourself in RL affects most people in SL. I've seen really cute avies that the people tell me they made to look just like themselves in RL... then they pass me a pic of what they look like in RL and I have to just giggle... they're nowhere near as attractive as they are in SL.
