Do u think that i did the right thing?

Ok on june 4th I ordered the hangin with mr cooper tv series from a website and I had no idea that it was gonna be bootleg becuase when I received my product yesterday which came with 19 dvds and 11 of the dvds don't work at all and plus today I called my credit card company and I filed a dispute on that product and I should be getting back my money on tuesday do u think that I did the right thing by calling my credit card company or not
