21 weeks pregnant, lower left side uterus pain, hurts bad when I breathe in deep what could this be?

The part of the hurting when urinating makes me think you may have a bladder infection. That would deff. be something to get looked at. It could be round ligament pain but the bladder part worries me a little..but either way your little girl will be just fine :)
